• Every client must read and sign (if in person) or tick on the website Joyful Soul’s disclaimer and agree to terms & conditions before receiving any services.
• Clients must be over the age of 18 years to receive a Psychic or Mediumship reading.
• Client confidentiality is paramount and the details of your reading will not be shared.
• If arriving late for your appointment, Simone will read for you as long as possible, however cannot keep other clients waiting.
• If Simone has to cancel an appointment she will contact you to reschedule. If a mutually convenient time cannot be arranged, client may ask for a full refund.
• Skype consultations are only for overseas clients.
• Any interpretations should be taken as guidance only.
• Simone has the right to immediately terminate any reading/services if a client is disrespectful. Simone reserves the right to leave or end an event if made to feel uncomfortable and the client has the same right. No refunds will be given for termination of a reading, event, Reiki healing, meditation or party.
• Joyful Soul will not read for any person who is feeling suicidal. Joyful Soul advises you seek professional mental health care services with appropriately qualified practitioners. If you or someone you know may be at risk of suicide contact Lifeline 13 11 14 and/or Beyond Blue 1300 22 46 36.
